CEMP
Panther Environmental Solutions staff are highly experienced in the preparation of Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) for various construction projects.
A CEMP defines the approach to environmental management during a construction project, outlining the work practices, construction procedures and responsibilities to be undertaken during the construction phase. The CEMP outlines, where necessary, the control measures that are required to avoid, minimise or mitigate potential effects on the environment and surrounding area due to construction activities.
The components of the CEMP include:
- Outlining the specific project roles and responsibilities;
- Identifying training, monitoring, reporting and auditing requirements;
- A detailed description of the construction works methodology and activities;
- Determining the necessary environmental control measures to minimise potential environmental impacts, such as water, noise and dust pollution.
