Nial has over two years consultancy experience and holds a B.Sc Degree in Applied Physics from Dublin City University and an M.Sc in Medical Device Regulatory Affairs from Carlow Institute of Technology.
Nial joined the Panther Environmental Solutions Ltd. team as an Intern in 2016, and received comprehensive training in providing environmental support to clients in a variety of sectors.
He is currently involved in the preparation of Environmental Permit Applications and annual EPA licence reports including Environmental Noise Assessments, Odour Impact Assessments, Dust Assessments, Bund Integrity Testing, River Ecology Assessments, Stormwater Trigger Levels, Assimilative Capacity and NMP’s. Nial is also part of the team that develops EIRA’s and necessary supporting information documents for planning permission applications, including Noise Impact Assessments and Predictive Odour Modelling.
Nial received a Certificate in Introduction to CAD and 3D Modelling from Carlow Institute of Technology in 2018, and is hoping to apply these new skills in future projects.
